WARRANTY POLICY
Lamaison Design, a website managed and operated by Lamaison Innovations & Design Private Limited with its registered address at H.IN Khasra NO. 2/1, C/O Hemraj Singh Khatana, Basement Village Chattarpur, New Delhi, South West Delhi, Delhi, 110030, facilitates the sale of its services to users through the platform. This warranty is provided to you upon acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Warranty Period: The warranty length is specified on the services detail page, along with a full description.
Eligibility: To be eligible for this warranty, you must present a valid invoice for the services, and the warranty is not transferable. Additionally, making any changes or modifications after purchase will void the entire warranty. If a refund is issued for a pre-paid order, it will be credited to the same account used to place the original order and make payment.
Disclaimer: Under no conditions, whether due to a breach of contract, failure to fulfil a duty, or any other reason, will Lamaison Design be responsible for any indirect, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenues, or any other costs or damages. This Warranty does not cover any injury or death caused by the User's negligence or omissions.
By applicable laws, the remedies offered in this Warranty are your only and exclusive options. Lamaison Design's total liability related to your purchase of services, shall not exceed the services purchase price. This Warranty does not cover minor flaws that meet design specifications or do not significantly alter the services functionality. You are responsible for ensuring the services suitability before making any purchase.
If a third party provides a set of warranties for any service offered on the Lamaison Design Platform, the warranty claims would be between the third party and the customer. Lamaison Design will not bear any responsibility for such warranties. We are not obligated to intervene or resolve any conflict between the customer and the third party.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Warranty Policy shall be regulated by India's laws, and the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx courts shall exclusively handle all disputes resulting from this Warranty Policy.
Amendment: Lamaison Design reserves the right to alter or adjust the provisions stated herein in response to modifications in the availability of services or to adhere to applicable rules, regulations and laws, with or without prior notice.
