CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Lamaison Innovations & Design Private Limited, based at H.IN Khasra NO. 2/1, C/O Hemraj Singh Khatana, Basement Village Chattarpur, New Delhi, South West Delhi, Delhi, 110030, referred to as ("Lamaison Design", "we", "us" or "our") manages and operates the mobile application/website www.lamaisondesign.in, referred to as the " Lamaison Design Platform", through which it facilitates the sale of interior designing services, referred to as "Services", to users of the Lamaison Design Platform, referred to as ("User", "Users", "you" or "your").

 

Our goal is to ensure our customers have a seamless experience using the Lamaison Design Platform, from ordering to canceling our services. Trust us as your go-to shopping destination for a smooth and effortless returns process.

 

This policy and the Terms outline our rules and regulations for accepting service cancellations, returns, and refunds.

APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

  • If you agree to use the Lamaison Design Platform or request to buy our services, you must follow the terms outlined in this Policy. If you do not accept these terms, it is recommended that you do not make any purchases or transactions on the Lamaison Design Platform.

  • It is important to be aware that the terms of the Policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations of orders on the Lamaison Design Platform may be subject to change. Whenever you use the Lamaison Design Platform, please make sure to check the Policy to make sure you understand the terms and conditions that are currently in effect.

TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND OF ORDERS​

Cancellation of Services

​

  • It is possible to cancel orders fully or partially before using our services.

  • If you decide not to keep your order of our services, you can cancel it by referencing the tracking number sent to you from us or sending an email to Lamaison Design requesting to process the cancellation.

  • Once we receive your cancellation request, we will cancel the order and begin the refund process within 7 business days. This refund will be done through the same payment method used to make the purchase. All refunds are subject to the policies and charges of the customer's bank or financial institution.

REFUND

​

  • If you want to cancel the services you purchased on the Lamaison Design Platform, you may be eligible for a refund. We will only issue a refund to you if we have already received payment for the services and we have not started working on the deployment of your services.

  • If you choose to cancel our services, we will evaluate and assess the services and their documents to decide the refund amount for them if they meet the terms of the Policy. The refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date us verifying the flaw or non-compliance. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode you used. Please note that it may take extra time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the terms and conditions of your financial institution or payment solution provider.

  • No cash refunds will be made and the amount will be returned to you within seven business days, depending on your chosen payment method. It can sometimes take financial institutions longer to process the request, but if the refund doesn't arrive by the expected date, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll be happy to help.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request for services if it does not meet the terms of this Policy. In such cases, our customer care executive will inform you on call or e-mail without processing a refund.
